The Bagman (Secretary):
John joined Oakworth approximately 6 years ago and has become a mainstay in the side. His reward for his commitment was to be elected Bagman in 2011. John relies on luddite technology i.e. Royal Mail and BT, however, if you e-mail us through the website we'll ensure he gets the message! John is the Secretary of the Club and the main contact for bookings. |

The Squire & The Treasurer:
Nigel joined Oakworth in 1994 and passed on the role of Bagman in 2008 but has kept hold of the money as Treasurer of the side. Nigel was voted in as Squire in September 2010 as well as keeping his Treasurers role. Maybe at this years AGM he'll go for the full set and take on the Bagmans role. |

The Foreman & Webmaster:
Mark joined the team at the end of 1984 at the grand old age of 12. He has been Squire on two occassions with a total of 11 years in the position and stood down in 2006. Mark celebrates his 25th Anniversary this year, first stepping out in kit on Easter Monday 1985. There'll be a few drinks downed this Easter Monday 2010 in celebration! Voted in as Foreman of the side taking over from his father. He's now responsible for the way the team dance. "Don't worry I'll soon have them whipped in to shape!". Mark dances and is also one of the teams musicians playing the melodeon. He can sometimes be seen doing both at the same time (see pic)! |
